Arts Council England is offering grants to artists, songwriters and producers to attend the LA Sync Mission Showcase and Sync Songwriting Camp in June. Find out how to apply here...

The annual LA Sync Mission, hosted by DIT, BPI & MPA, gives industry folk and artists the opportunity to benefit from a unique insight into the operation of the lucrative sync licensing market in the US.

This year, the second Sync Song Writing Camp takes place from 16-19 June, allowing both UK and US songwriters and producers to collaborate on sync briefs, while there is also a showcase for the third time.

Artists based in England are eligible to apply for the funding, which has two categories.

In the Artist Funding category, there are three £5,000 grants available for artists to showcase on the Thursday evening (21 June) of the LA Event. Artists who wish to apply must complete and submit the application form here.

The Songwriters category has eight £750 grants available for songwriters and producers to attend the Sync Songwriting Camp from 16-19 June. This grant is to be used for costs associated with the songwriting camp only. To apply, complete and submit the application form here.

The deadline for applications is 21 March.
