How do I check or amend a setlist submission?
Checking the status of a setlist submission
When you go to report a performance, you should find two tabs: Saved and Submitted. Under Saved, you'll see a list of reports you've not yet completed. Under Submitted, you'll see the statuses of the reports you've sent to us. They are as follows:
- Submitted - we've received the setlist
- Sent to payment - your money will be on its way in the next distribution
- Sent to society - the setlist is with one of our overseas partners to process
- Rejected (+ the reason)
Amending a setlist submission
If you're a writer or publisher
You can amend a setlist by raising a query with our Member Services team. Tell us the amendments you wish to make and we will update it for you.
If you're a society
We'll amend your setlist slightly differently, so please use the raise a query button below to tell us about what needs changing. If you're not already logged in, you'll be prompted to do so first.
