How do I add another user to my account?

You can have secondary users on your account if you need extra hands to assist with admin. However they won't be able to update sensitive information like bank details. If you'd like to add someone else to your account, follow these steps:

  1. Request an increase to your account allowance via the Raise a Query button below.
  2. Send your secondary user to the account sign-up page to fill in the form. This can also be found on the Login page under Sign up for an online account. 
  3. Check your inbox for the confirmation email so you can approve access to your account.
