Having trouble logging in?
We have introduced new technology that manages logging into our website. It lays the foundations for future digital updates, such as online statements and improved works registration.
If when you try to log in it says: “Your password is incorrect”, click the “forgot your password” link and follow the instructions.
If it says: “We can’t seem to find your account”, it is because you don't currently have one under this e-mail address. This could be because we were unable to verify your details and transfer your account when we launched our new technology. It's important we did this to keep your information safe. Please complete our sign up form to create a new online account.

Account not recognised
If it says: “We can’t seem to find your account”, it is because an account with this email address doesn’t exist. You will need to complete our sign up form to create a new online account with your own individual e-mail address.

To continue to access our works database, all BBC employees and those affiliated with them will need to login using an individual online account.
If you already login when you access our website, just reset your password to regain access.
Otherwise, follow the instructions below to gain access.
If you have a BBC email address
- Visit our sign up form
- Select ‘Yes’ when asked if your company has an online account, and enter the account no 211386486586.
- You will shortly receive an email confirming you have an online account. Follow the instructions to create your password.
If you don't have a BBC work email address
- Complete our sign up form
- You will need to be approved for access. Once this happens you will receive an email. confirming you have an online account. Follow the instructions to create your password.
