Emergency Relief Fund

We’re sorry but the Emergency Relief Fund has now closed to applications.

Since its launch in March, the PRS Emergency Relief Fund, formed in collaboration with PRS for Music’s charity partners PRS Foundation and PRS Members’ Fund, has raised more than £2.1m and helped over 4,000 songwriters and composers.

The PRS Members’ Fund will continue to offer its services to support PRS members with crisis grants, career change advice, sheltered housing and mental health counselling.

Take a look at our COVID-19 member advice page for useful information including support available across the industry.

PRS for Music (“PRSfM”) and the PRS Members Fund (the “Fund”) (collectively, “we” or “our”) are jointly responsible for the personal information processed in connection with the Emergency Relief Fund, but PRSfM will deal with any enquiries you may have.

We have a legitimate interest in using your information to administer the scheme, assess your application and determine the value of any grant awarded. We may verify your application against information we already hold or that we receive from other hardship schemes. Your information may also be shared with other hardship schemes to ensure that funds are distributed fairly and to those most in need. We may contact you to discuss your application or to direct you to additional sources of support.

Please see the PRSfM privacy notice for further details, including other ways we may use your information, your rights, and how to contact us.
