Kjell-Åke Hamrén appointed as Chair of ICE Board of Directors
New Chair of ICE Board of Directors, Kjell-Åke Hamrén, appointed 11 November 2013
At an Extraordinary General Meeting among ICE’s shareholders this week, Kjell-Åke-Hamrén was appointed new Chair of the company’s Board of Directors. He succeeds Wanda Goldwag who has chaired the Board since September 2012.
Kjell-Åke makes a point of how happy he is with ICE’s recent development and says that 2013 has seen an important breakthrough of new customers and project agreements. He is therefore very much looking forward to 2014 as a year of real growth in both business services and projects. With the success of ICE and facing the increasing demand he is also very satisfied that the company is led by a highly skilled management team with vast experience in outsourcing services and professional services.
As a former Chair of the Swedish Music Publishers Association 1999-2009 and the International Confederation of Music Publishers 2007-2009, Kjell-Åke has acquired an extensive music industry experience. He is Chair of Stim’s Board of Directors since 2012.
