At the forefront of the online music licensing revolution

Our online royalties have grown by a staggering 846% (£358.8 million) over the last decade. Since we launched the world’s first multi-territory hub in 2015, ICE has distributed more than €4.5 billion of online royalties to rightsholders.

PRS members are a hit all over the world

International revenues over the last decade have delivered exceptional growth. In 2015, international revenue collections were £195.6 million. By the end of last year, this reached £351.4 million, an increase of 79.6% (£155.8m).

Playing to our strengths

Video Games revenue collections grew to £22.6m, an increase of 179.0%, up from £8.1m in 2023.

In 2024, we agreed 60 major new and improved licences across broadcast and digital including video on demand services Apple TV, Discovery+, Pluto TV and Paramount+.

Live music generated £89.6 million in revenue, marking a 30.6% increase (£21.0 million) compared to the previous year, and a significant 65.9% uplift from 2019. UK tours in 2024 included Becky Hill, Foo Fighters, Paloma Faith and Take That.

PRS community

PRS now represents 45 million works and 180,000 members. More than 8,000 members joined since January 2024 including Buddug, Sonny Fodera, Dave Grohl, MC Altaf, Of Monsters & Men and Andre Rieu.

In 2024, PRS members submitted more than 230,000 setlists for live performances, an increase of 2.3% (5,318) on 2023.
