How to vote on the proposed governance changes
Need help with the voting forms?
We’ve put together simple guides to walk you through the options.
- This year to vote on these changes you will need to give the Chair permission to vote on your behalf (by proxy). You can do this using the proxy form sent with your Formal Notice.
If you received your Formal Notice via post your proxy form will be in your pack. To vote by post, see the guidance below. Note that you can also vote online using the link and security codes included in your pack, in this instance see the Online voting guidance.
- Once you’ve filled in your form, simply post it using the pre-paid envelope provided in your pack.
If you received your Formal Notice via email towards the bottom of that email, there is a section headed “How to appoint the Chair as your proxy”. In that section click the link “unique link”:
Once you’ve filled in your form simply click the submit button.
Remember the forms need to arrive with the election management company (Civica) by noon on Friday 14 August. If you're filling in a paper form, post your response as soon as possible and allow plenty of time.
