Apply for your licence as soon as the final version of your production is completed.
Input the production and music details you have collected.
Check all your durations and check that you have not aggregated any of them (aggregation is permitted for some retail rates however this will be calculated automatically).
Select the type of licence you require. The online application system provides a prompt to remind you of the previous type of licence you applied for.
Checking your licence details
Once completed, you will be presented with the details of your licence to review.
If you need to, you can make final amendments at this stage.
There is an opportunity to provide any additional comments you may have, for example:
- the fact that the licence is additional to an existing licence you have
- any pre-agreed special conditions that may be relevant
