Services that make the licensed production available over the internet or via mobile networks will also need to have an appropriate PRS licence to cover the performing right.
An administration fee of £8 will be charged for each licence issued.
Rates are quoted in £ sterling for a unit of 30 seconds or part thereof for each separate cue, unless otherwise stated.
All fees are exclusive of VAT.
A licence is not valid until payment has been received by MCPS.
MCPS reserves the right to request a copy of any completed production for verification purposes.
