For the seventh year running, PRS for Music are giving your pub the chance to win £10,000 worth of music equipment, plus invaluable guidance from live music experts and an exclusive launch event featuring performances from PRS for Music members.
PRS for Music is calling all publicans across the UK to get their best videos ready to submit entries from 9th January 2017. Entrants will be shortlisted and subsequently go through a judging round where a panel of key music professionals alongside influencers from each sector will participate in deciding the winners.
The pub arm of the competition will be specifically aimed at helping pubs with their live music offer. Independent research has shown that pubs using live music increased their revenue by 9 percent compared to pubs without live music. At a time where pubs are struggling, a live music offer can be vital.
Music Makeover Pubs competition winner will bring home £10,000 worth of music wares to deck out their business to transform it into a sound and music haven. PRS for Music will also host an exclusive event at the winning location to celebrate, launch and unveil the new instalments.
