Solo stardom for Noel Gallagher

Oasis' Noel Gallagher has revealed plans for his first solo album.

Gallagher plans to release the collection under his own name using some songs he originally wrote for Oasis which were never recorded.

There is no release date set for the album as yet but Gallagher has confirmed that Oasis are ready to record a new album.
