Ice cream to be inspired by Sir Elton

Elton John is to have a Ben and Jerry's ice cream named in his honour.

Goodbye Yellow Brickle Road has been created to celebrate Sir Elton's recent performance in Vermont, the state where Ben and Jerry's originated.

The new flavour is just the latest in a string of celebrity-inspired offerings which includes a John Lennon-inspired dessert called Imagine Whirled Peace.
