Ray Davies to star in own musical

Ray Davies has revealed that he is to star in his new musical Come Dancing.

The former Kinks frontman, 64, will play a younger version of himself in the show for which he has penned twenty original songs.

Come Dancing is set to run from 13 September to 25 October 2008 at the Theatre Royal in Stratford East, London.
