New Portishead album to be streamed

West country trip-hop artists Portishead are to stream their third album, appropriately named Third, via the Last.fm website.

Fans will be able to listen to the album in its entirety for free from 21 April 2008, a full week before its release on shop floors around the UK.

Whilst the tracks are free to stream, fans will have to pay if they wish to download the new material to their PCs.
