We caught up with Tony to ask him about the most played songs on his iPod. Here’s what he told us:

1. Jon Allen (unsigned)
Dead Mans Suit - A dark lyric with minor chord changes that has a driving beat and makes my foot tap involuntarily

2. Lucie Silvas (Mercury)
The Longer We're Apart - A beautiful, heart wrenching ballad that was played many times at The Kashmir Klub before she was signed.

3. Bailey Tzuke (unsigned)
4 the 1's I love - Brilliant slice of pop music that has depth, imagination and a fabulous vocal performance

4. Rob Reynolds (unsigned)
Sweet Mother - Rob's velvet coated voice of iron takes the impassioned plea within this song and makes me believe it in every word.

5. James Morrison
Pieces Don't Fit Anymore- His voice just takes me to a beautiful and ironic world of melancholy and hope.

6. The Deadbeats (unsigned)
Backdoor Honey - Infectious, organic, upbeat filled with great influences from the 60's and 70's and yet all their own

7. Riccardi (unsigned)
Fallen - Touching, Gorgeous Ballad.

8. Imogen Heap
Headlock - Imogen shows that she can be the perfect singer, songwriter, programmer, musician and icon with the coolest track I know.

9. Jamie Woon (unsigned)
Wayfaring Stranger - Original use of traditional song, looping his harmonies, and singing with a tone that whispers into your soul.

10. Yamit Mamo (unsigned)
3Sixty - Soft, Sensual jazzy tones mix with contemporary vocal style
