Alison Mosshart reveals collaboration with Alex Turner

Alison Mosshart from The Kills has revealed that she has recorded a track with Alex Turner of the Arctic Monkeys.

The collaboration came about when Turner informed Mosshart that he had some music which he felt would suit her voice.  A resulting track was recorded but is yet to receive a public airing due to the hectic schedules of both stars.

The Kills are currently preparing for a North American tour supporting The Raconteurs which is set to kick off on 16 September 2008 in Portland.
