Manics album recorded and ready for the cut

Manic Street Preachers have finished recording their latest album, with a working title Journal For Plague Lovers.

The album is to be particularly poignant because it will feature lyrics written by the late Richie Edwards.

Nicky Wire announced that the band are now choosing the tracklisting and expect a May release date.
