Mama buys London music venues

The Mama Group, which manages the Kaiser Chiefs and Franz Ferdinand, has acquired one of London’s most famous venues, The Mean Fiddler.

The £6m purchase from US Live Nation also includes five other venues, in which Mama hope to discover and promote new artists, whilst expanding their brands online.

This follows Mama’s acquisition of the Hammersmith Apollo in June.
