Lloyd Webber to pen Eurovision song

Andrew Lloyd Webber is set to pen the United Kingdom's entry for 2009's Eurovision Song Contest.

Lord Lloyd Webber is asking for singers wishing to perform the song to post auditions to the BBC website with six finalists being chosen to compete for the role in a telelvised contest named Your Nation Needs You.

The 2009 Eurovision Song Contest will be staged in Moscow following Russia's success at the 2008 contest.
