Leona Lewis tops UK single sales for 2007
Leona Lewis' single Bleeding Love was the top-selling single in the UK in 2007 with almost eight-hundred thousand copies being sold. The single spent 6 weeks at number one in November and December.
Also featured in the top 10 were Take That's Rule the World, About You Now by the Sugababes, the re-issued (I'm gonna be) 500 miles by the Proclaimers, and the Kaiser Chiefs' Ruby.
Lewis also had the second best selling album of the year in the UK with her debut album Spirit. The top-selling album was Amy Winehouse's Back to Black.
