Leona Lewis makes appearance on Oprah

US chat show legend Oprah Winfrey commented that "a star is born" after Leona Lewis made her US TV debut on her show.

Lewis appeared on the US chat show legend's show performing her single Bleeding Love on the St Patricks Day special on Monday 17 March 2008.

Bleeding Love is currently enjoying success in the US charts, sitting at number one in the iTunes download chart and climbing 20 places at the weekend in the Billboard hot 100 to be at number 21.
