Joni wins Make it Break it award 

Teenage singer/songwriter Joni Fuller has scooped the Make it Break it award with her song America.

The award, aimed at helping young songwriters showcase their work and develop their skills, was judged by Coldplay's Chris Martin, Steve Levine and Mark Radcliffe amongst other industry experts.

Joni's music college will receive £1000 of Yamaha equipment and she will also have the chance to attend a residential music boot camp at the Liverpool Institue of Performing Arts (LIPA).

She will then perform at a showcase event held in LIPA's Paul McCartney auditorium on 8 November 2008.
