John Lennon becomes an ice cream flavour

Ben and Jerry's ice cream have created a new flavour inspired by John Lennon.

Imagine Whirled Peace, inspired by the Beatles legend's pleas for World peace, is an icy blend of toffee, cookies and fudge with chocolate peace signs whirled through it.

Ben and Jerry's was founded by Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield in 1978 after the pair had completed a course in ice cream making at Pennsylvania State University.
