Iron Maiden singer rescues holidaymakers
Iron Maiden lead singer Bruce Dickinson has flown stranded holidaymakers back home to the UK.
Dickinson was pressed into service by the charter company Astraeus following the collapse of XL and has flown holidaymakers back from Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt and the Greek island of Kos.
The Iron Maiden lead singer obtained his pilot licence during the 1990s and regularly flies for Astraeus.
