Gorillaz create BBC Olympic title sequence

Damon Albarn, along with comic book artist and designer Jamie Hewlett, have created the title sequence for the BBC's 2008 Olympic Games coverage.

The Gorillaz pairing have created a music-backed animation based on the Chinese folklore tale Journey to the West. 

The sequence will appearn it's full two-minute guise, as well as in shorter forms to fit broadcasts for the games which are to take place in Beijing from 8-24 August 2008.
