Jonny Greenwood claims Evening Standard gong

Jonny Greenwood has claimed the Evening Standard British Film award for best film score following his work on Paul Thomas Anderson's acclaimed film There Will Be Blood.

The Radiohead guitarist accepted the award in person at a ceremony held at The Ivy restaurant in London on Sunday, 3 January 2008.

The Evening Standard award follows on from success for Greenwood in January's Critics' Choice awards in the US where he claimed the prize for Best Film Score.
