Viva la Vida tops chart

Coldplay's latest album, Viva la Vida, has topped the charts after being on sale for just three days.

The album shifted 302,000 copies, making it the fastest selling release in the band's history.

Paul Weller's 22 Dreams slipped from the top spot this week to number five whilst Mint Royale clung onto the number one spot in the singles chart.
