Take That and Leona Lewis lead the nominations for this year's Brit Awards

The Brit Award nominations were announced last night at the Roundhouse, Camden and Leona Lewis and Take That have topped the nominations with four apiece.

In a markedly more pop-oriented list than usual, other PRS members to be nominated include Newton Faulkner, Kate Nash, The Hoosiers, Klaxons and Bat For Lashes.

The awards will be announced on 20 February 2008 at London's Earls Court.
