Brighton bands set for Manic Organic

Celebrated Brighton acts British Sea Power and The Go! Team are in the running to have their songs played on the historical pipe organ at Brighton's Dome Theatre.

Two tracks will be selected via a public vote to be transcribed for the organ and subsequently played at a concert on 15 May 2008.

The hand-built pipe organ was first put to use in 1936 and in its heyday was the centrepiece of the longest-running seaside concert series in the World.
