On Friday 20 November 2009, the Welsh Music Foundation (WMF) present 'All The Right Mov(i)es: Getting your music in film and TV'.
The event is a free seminar at Soundtrack International Film Festival, Cardiff, aimed at composers, artists, labels and publishers in Wales.
Chaired by Stuart Worthington, Head of Music Manager's Forum Training, the panel session will look at the best ways to get music placed in TV, film and other platforms. Stuart will be joined by Jonathan Goldstein - award-winning composer for film, TV and who is also Chairman of PCAM (The Society For Producers and Composers of Applied Music); Mark Fishlock, Chair of the Media Executive Committee at BASCA (British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors), who’s also a renowned composer for TV, radio and artists; and Amelia Hartley, Music Supervisor from Endemol UK who’s responsible for the group’s music use including Big Brother, iTunes Festival, Party in the Park and The Brit Awards, as well as many others.
The event is free and takes place on Friday 20th November 2009, 14:00 - 15:30 at The Gate, Keppoch Street, Roath, Cardiff, CF24 3JW.
