Marc Bolan: The Celebration

PRS sponsored the aftershow party for Marc Bolan: The Celebration on Saturday 15 September 2007.

The concert, which took place at Shepherd's Bush Empire in London, marked the 30th anniversary of Bolan's death and celebrated what would have been his 60th birthday. All proceeds from the evening were divided between the PRS Members' Fund and Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy.

PRS members who performed at the event included Marc Almond, Ray Dorset, Linda Lewis, Dr Robert, Shakin' Stevens and T.Rextacy.

Rolan Bolan, Marc's son, also paid tribute to his father during the celebrations.
