UK Music Week details announced

The commercial radio industry has announced plans for UK Music Week, a week long event to celebrate UK artists. 

Highlights of the event will include sessions and exclusive interviews with Amy Winehouse, Paolo Nutini, Travis and Natasha Bedingfield.

Listeners will also have the chance to vote for the greatest UK Guitar Band and Best UK artist chart.

Over 250 stations across the UK are involved in the event with 31 million listeners expected to tune in for the event which will take place from 21st -29th May 2007.
