Summit for live music announced

LIVE UK magazine has announced the launch of The Summit, a conference focusing on the contemporary live music industry on 22-24 October in London.

The Summit will include an afternoon devoted to the unsigned and emerging artist sector followed by two days of conference sessions covering issues such as ticket touting, media involvement in live events, the influx of investment from brands and where the industry is heading.

The organisers welcome promoters, festival organisers, artist managers, booking agents and other live music-associated businesses to attend the event on 22-24 October at London’s InterContinental Hotel.
