  • PRS for Music collectively manages the rights of over 125,000 songwriters, composers and music publishers in the UK.
  • PRS for Music leads the way in UK and worldwide licensing, with 120 agreements with affiliated collecting societies in 150 countries.
  • In 2015 PRS for Music collected £537.4 million for its membership from broadcasters, digital services, music sales, public performance and international use of members’ repertoire.  This was a 7% increase on the previous year.
  • PRS for Music currently manage around 14.7 million musical works and in 2016 processed 4 trillion uses of music.
  • PRS for Music tariffs start from as little as £44 per year (+VAT), enabling businesses and community groups to tailor their licence to their exact needs.  All our licences have been agreed with the relevant trade bodies and organisations.
  • PRS for Music - through its charity arm, PRS foundation - is the largest funder of new music in the UK.
