Celebrate St George’s Day with the Best in English Music

To celebrate St George’s Day PRS for Music has put together 10 iconic pieces of music to celebrate everything that is English. The Top 10 songs for St George’s are:

  4. Made In England – Elton John
  5. A New England – Kirsty MacColl/Billy Bragg

And in honour of the slain dragon perhaps Puff the Magic Dragon by Leonard Lipton, Peter Yarrow and recorded in 1963 by Peter, Paul and Mary.
