We offer competitive paid holiday entitlement rates, starting at 22 days for staff and 25 day for managers, rising with service length. Employees can also purchase additional days.

Employees who write their own music or own the copyright for a piece of music can become a writer-member for free and enjoy the many benefits we offer, such as fast and efficient collection and payment of UK and international royalties (subject to our usual qualifying criteria).
